As mentioned earlier happy hour event will be held only on Sunday 12.00 PM - 1.00 PM, cash back will be applicable for only those who have placed the orders from happy hour. As you purchased the product on 2/13/2016 which doesn't belong to happy hour deal. Hence cash back will not be applicable for your order.
