I booked an item from www.mytryshop.com. i had done payment through credit card. Since 30 days i am not able to get status of my shipment. When i checked the website i did not find any contact details other then email. I have mailed them everyday and i did not get response. I checked their terms an policy there there is no correct address. The address is very vague and shows location as mumbai. There is no contact number.
