I have purchased a ceiling fan from "mywhitemoon.com" on jul 28, 2019. Since then i am following up with them i am getting the product.
Earlier the delvery date was 5th august 2019, when i contacted them on 5th they said the seller has encountered with a quality issue so he can't ship it before 10th august 2019. They told me that once it shipped i will get the notification.
After that they not reachable and even if they are available on chat they are responding. I kept on sending mails for updating about the delivery they are not respnding.
Once they told me that the seller is "hans lighting solutions" and asked me not to contact them directly.
Somehow i got the contact details of hans lighting, and contacted them yday and enquired about the order. They also have no clues about it. Now i am stuck my money is also stuck. I am attaching snapshot of the order details for reference.
