Mzretailcom — Realme buds 2 earphone wired

I ordered the realme buds 2 earphones from this seller (MZretailcom) from flipkart this seller gives mi fake earphones of realme and also i cant return it whenever i goes for return it shows the contact to brand and when we go for contacting to brand so they says its fake not our product but seller charges from me the whole 549 rs which is price of real me buds so i am requesting to the refund me or give mi a original product otherwise i will submitt the case to (MZretailcom) seller thank you
