[Resolved]  N E Projects Corporation — Consultancy money not returned

I was searching for a job for my brother and got the contact consultancy from shine.com then i called them up and they asked my brother to come and pay Rs 1145 (including taxes) for their service as according to them company was supposed to come on Monday[protected] so he ran up all the way from Dharugera (40Km away from Gurgaon) to Laxmi Nagar on Sunday[protected] and paid them. They took money and never contacted back for interview. Where we used to call them to know that when and where he has to go for interview but they always used to give excuses. Later i asked them to return my money and send my brother to their place to take back the money on[protected]. They asked him to drop the mail with account details on email id () which we did at same point of time and said that you will receive your money by 5:00PM today. But didn't received anything till now. I used to call them up for my money but everytime they used to give invalid excuses. One of their executive became so harsh that he forced me speak in abusive language too.
