N/a — absconded

If i breach of contract with my company how much money should i pay. Please help me out. I absconded from some company what will be the consequences
Either they will blacklisted on nsr or nasscom is that they will blacklisted from all the company or they put me in the nasscom so that i can't get a job in any nasscom members what should i do i am so depressed
