N/a — plastic burning in factory whole night

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the very serious issue i. E. Illegal factory working in the residential area and polluting the area. It is very difficult to breathe in the morning because they are burning polythene bags whole night. They should be removed from here as it is a residential area. Take immediate action please.
Factory is in pooth kala village near krishan vihar, new delhi.
