N/a — Stair area uplift

Address: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

I’m making my stair area (jeena) entry 1.5 foot above equal to road side. For rain water which stopped in that area in every season due to which sever get overflowed every time. My neighbours from ground they are not allowing us to do this. As they are saying that sever water gets into there house. Please look into it so I can relaxed as they are starting fight for this. I’m looking for some help.
