Resident on sector 100
The garbage van comes whenever they feel like. Like today it came at 8 am and at times it comes after 12, there is no schedule of any kind at all.
Also, when it comes a lot of times it doesn't even stop to collect garbage.
This is particularly frustrating as we wait for it and it doesn't stop
