ordered a vox tablet from naaptol.com with configuration of 1.3quad core processor, 512 mb ram, 4 gb internal memory, but i received a tablet with dual core processor, 418 mb ram, 1 gb of internal memory. I contacted naaptol.com to either get me the product i ordered or give me my money back, but they asked me to contact the supplier company on the numbers given on the warranty card. However the numbers doesnt work, so i also tried the email as well, but they didnt respond to the mail either.
Now nor naaptol.com or the supplier of vox tablet is doing anything about ny complaint. So i request you to kindly take strict action against these companies for fraud and cheating against these companies to help me get my miney back. My ohone number is [protected].
