Dear naaptol, I purchased a product from naaptol and I returned product back to naaptol and get assurance that I will get my money back in my account. Complain number 15891908. After having multiple time discussion about my money back regarding complain number 15891908 but I don't receive my money back in my account. Your executive forced us to provide bank detail over phone and always committed over phone that quickly they will refund our money back to our account. They said it will take few days to transfer money back to bank account. Last time I successfully able to send my bank details over mail and i received the acknowledgement also on 17th July2016. Now yesterday when we enquire again with your customer service about our money back then they said that they will get back to us in 24-48 hrs. And today we received a fraud call (from phone number [protected] ) claiming the product which we purchased from naaptol is owner company of that product. And they mention that we fall in lucky draw and won maruti suzuki and they were asking money from us also. I'm shocked how my details are leaked from naaptol and how they know all the details about us. Now today naaptol refused to refund our money back to our account and said only they will give voucher. My query is : 1) When will you refund our money in our account? 2) How my personal data leaked from naaptol to fraud complany? This is our worst experience with naaptol executives.
