File a consumer case @ http://confonet.nic.in/default.htm. There are lot of complaint against Naaptol all over india. Naaptol fraudster founder Manu Agarwal 47 year old is a IIT guy, who sells basically road side platform quality products and brings to his studio & make a polished video with his brainless barking anchors.

Found on net, write email to all below guy to resolve your complaint. Use google translation for convert english to japan for all mitsui guys..
