I had ordered for a canon printer and we got a defective product from company naaptol, they had sent a canon service executive who came for installation and charged an amount of 500 for a non working defective printer. We have called the customer care for more thab 15 times now but no action has been taken to take the product and refund the money. Supervisor mohammed zahir (Tamil speaking executive) promised yesterday that an agent from naaptol will pick up the printer today 1st july 2019, till now no call, mail or messages. I need a refund of the printer and the extra 500 back for the charging us for a defective product supplied. Need immediate action. Order no: 59132871
