[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — defective solar lantern and portable cooler

I brought solar lantern and portable cooler per order no 67806027 from naaptol which was delivered on 30th june 2020. Both the product were defective when delivered. After checking with technical team for few days, i raised complain# 43475540 on 4th july 2020 for replacement or voucher but till date there is no update. Everytime i call customer care, they assure me replacement within 48 hours but i am just waiting from last 1 month. More than 15 times i have done follow-up without any progress. This is extremely annoying. Now i don't want replacement, please return my money and take your product.
