Hi,
I have placed the order of N95 pack of 10 protective mask (Order no:[protected] . The product which I have received is of very poor quality.I am not satisfied with the product. Following are the defects in the masks:
1) The pins are sticking out of the masks
2) The elastic earloops are not properly attached with the masks.
3) The masks are very thin like paper. These are useless masks for this pandemic.
4) These are duplicate N95 masks
5) I have ordered set of masks which contains various colours in the advertisement but I have not received the different colours. You should provide the consumer what they have asked or shown.
I have called helpline many times for the refund but they said masks are non returnable and with no warranty or guaranty. I just want to know what is my fault, I have paid cash Rs. 600 but in return I have received third class product which cannot save us from this pandemic. Pre-order my assumption was that naaptol is very big selling platform and should have a excellent customer service but my assumption turns out wrong. Post-order customer service is very pathetic. customer service executives said they can't refund money but can issue Rs.300 voucher to again purchase from naaptol.Kindly make it customer friendly.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter and refund my money on money. Please justify your big brand name.
