Sir, On july 18 I ordered a product from tv advertisement of Naaptol Online shopping.When I talked to their customer service staff before purchasing the product, they told me that if the product is not up to the mark then return will be initiated.But when I received the product it was too different from the product which they show in the tv ad.So when I called in their customer service for the returning of the product, they told me that the product will not be returned, it will only be replacable.They have broken their returning policy.Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
