I have booked a product o[censored]nisex Rechargeable Mini Electric Pocket size shaver (OMN) Item : 51014 for Rs.499/- (Order No.[protected] from Haritu Trading Pvt. Ltd., Secunderabad. But I have received wrong product through Courier Service. I asked the Courier boy about supplying of wrong product, but he replied he does not know where the mistake was happened.

Hence I am giving this complaint to you to send the correct product which I bought.

Updated by Venkatesh Vadde I have received a product on 16.3.2025, But when I opened the pack there is a wrong product in the parcel. I have felt unhappy with this incident. So kindly rectify the problem and take action to supply me the product i.e. Unisex Rechargeable Mini Electric Pocket size shaver (OMN) Item : 51014 for Rs.499/- (Order No.[protected].

After seeing the parcel, it has been tampered by somebody as the address of manufacturer was rubbed. It is not visible to me.
