[Resolved]  Naari Vastram — return and refund

I ordered soft silk saree, it was of very low Quality.I tried calling them, but no response.I had sent whats up message but no response on the number in their site.id with the number [protected].Their website address is.https://naarivastram.in/cart.I got the information from facebook

Please return my order for which u have charged high amount I literally need my money back

I ordered a lehenga and I recieved a very quality material I need return my order but my requests and calls aalre not being recieved kindly return my order and money too

I want to return the product because it is of very cheap quality and does not resembles like the picture given in the site. And there is no way to return the product and refund the money ₹1799. I want the money and return the product

I have ordered 2soft silk sarees ND one lehanga choli from Naari vastram. Today I got the order with totally different items. They have cheated on me by showing something else ND sending different items.My order was COD charging 4899rupees.The number on the parcel is also not picked by any one.Kindly look into the matter .I want my money back literally. They can take there items. Have a look at the image also .

I received a cheap quality product and paid for this order via cash on delivery. I tried calling them and texted them to return my product but they did not answer my call. And top of that though they are online they never text back or receive my calls. I want to return it and my money being refunded back to me
