Nabasmita — Refund not received

Hi
I made a booking of Rs5116/-through UPI which was incomplete booking it said and asked to cancel the booking. When i canceled I received only 166/-rs. I tried calling customer service no which directly transfer me to robotic version with no people to speak with and also i tried chatting from app which never opens the page or never work.
Worst app ever no one should use it
