My Big basket 1000₹ voucher sold on nafa .in after that I submitted request to transfer my money to bank but since 10 days I have not received any money in my bank account. It's keep showing in process . my request no. 13902 so please help me

I sold many gift card at nafa.in and submit for payment but they doesn't release my payment but my payments is pending. Many times I sent a E-mail but no reply . I tried all the medium of contact but they doesn't reply. I think this is a fraud website my 1424 rs are trapped.Please help me I am student .
