I had listed gift cards worth 35000/- on nafa.in & all the vouchers were sold till 23.03.19. I was suppose to get payment in my bank account within 3 working days as per nafa.in policy but they are not paying me till now. Almost a month is gone & no one is replying me on my mails after making several complaints and even a phone number is not available. Please help me out....

I sold many gift card at nafa.in and submit for payment but they doesn't release my payment but all payments is pending since Jan2019 .Many times I sent a E-mail but no reply . I tried all the medium of contact but they doesn't reply. I think this is a fraud website my 2700rs are trapped.Please help me I am student . I request to payumoney payment gateway of nafa please stop taking payment of this website.

I have not received my amounts for the respective payout request no's : 12522, 12928, 13072, 13110.

Even though more than 1 month as elapsed for some transactions.

Not even a single response/reply in e-mail/whatsapp. I have lost the good faith on the company.

Without a customer service the company should not carry out the transactions further.

Almost more than 1000/- of mine is struck with them.

I have bought a gift card worth 500 Rs from their website. They have provided me a used one.

The order number is 65772.

I tried reaching out to them so many times. They are not responding on email. They have provided a wrong contact number on their website. Not able to connect to them. Wasted my money.

Please help me here. I spoke to people at Flipkart to investigate the matter and they are saying it's a used gift card.

I sell the gift card of flipkart on nafa. It has been sold out after 24 hours it shown my money. I clicked for transferred my money on the bank has shown the message shown your withdrawal accept received the money is credited between three business day but it is over almost 25 days passed we did not get received my money. It was an amount of rs 1000. The request order no is 83149 i requested on 28th january but i did not receive money till today 15 february. Plz resolver my issue at the earliest...

I had purchased a gift voucher worth of rs.1000 of flipkart from nafa but while applying the same in flipkart it shows there is no balance in the gift card.

I have already send many mails and message but they do not reply anything. I had also tried to communicate with him through chat, whatsapp. But still any reply from there sites. My order no. 60834

I purchased a flipkart gift card of rs 500 from nafa.in. I received it so fast but when i tried to redeem it from my flipkart account there was message that the gift card belongs to some other account. The nafa.in sells the used gift cards. Now i am trying to connect the care of nafa.in but there is no way to contact. I tried to contact with them by every way that i could but there is no way to get connected with them.
I think this website should be suspended and some they should be punished for doing this fraud as i am not only one to face this. There are so many people we can see here who faced the same issue.
So i request the people to not to buy from nafa.in and consumer forum to look into this matter and suspend this website.

I have sold 3 gift cards on nafa of about 4000 rupees and they have been used too with zero balance left in every card. Now i am trying to contact nafa from whatsapp, call or even mail but they are not responding to any of my complaints. I hae requested payouts on two differences days, one on 20th dec and other on 22nd of dec with payment request number #10894 and #10963, but have not yet received my payment. Please inform nafa about this and please make them aware of cheating people.

I sell the gift card of big bazaar on nafa. It has been sold out after 24 hours it shown my money. It was a huge amount of rs4009. The request order no is 10585 i requested on 11 december but we did not receive money till 20 dec. Plz resolver my issue at the earliest.

I had sold my gift card worth of around RS 5100 and gave a withdrawal request on 6.12.2018. no response to my mail and yesterday message came from official what's app no. Saying your amount is processed and will get credited in 3-4 hours, later I realised that was a lie. They are holding my money and not giving not communicating.

I have send many mails and message and asking to give my money. There is no replying. Nafa is an unethical company or individual. They have committed to do the payment within 3 days and it's been around 7 days.

No support from them they dont even respond to our messages its been 1week i made a payment but they didnt gave me a card nor refund such a worst service i have ever seen
My order no. 's are 34418, 33723 and i have some more refunds
They dont have any support number
Only they have one whatsapp no. Which is not working proper
They dont even reply iam trying to message them from last week
One of the worst service they have some of their cards are used 😑
Hope they will solve this soon

I have purchased for 3qty of flipkart vouchers the very next day they delivered the vouchers when i tried using the vouchers at flipkart webiste its already used when i contacted nafa no response from them then when i gathered information about nafa its a spam company they cheat many customers a person named anil chaudhry anil. Nafa.in contacted me and said nafa is working on my compalint but it took 1 month still complaint resolved and no response from those cheaters order no 17030

Nafa.in is fraud. They sold my gift vouchers and no response to chat and they did not pay for my gift cards submitted even after 30 days it showed sold payment processing FRAUD!
I have attached a photo which shows the vouchers i have submitted now the voucher is sold and there is no money added to my account even after 30 days, no number or chat available fraud

Nafa.in is a site which enables one to purchase gift cards. I had placed an order for 3 cards of value of rs 500, 1000 and 2000 respectively.

Was placed on 25th october 2017
The total no. Of cards ordered was 3 i have received only 2, one pending card has a value of rs.2000, every day they message saying they will give the card in 24hrs.
