Nafa.in — my payout is not received to me

I sell my big bazaar gift card at nafa.in but my payout after 1months is not receive to me my gift worth rs250 and after but minus 5% it would be of rs 218.50 but they didn't payment me my request number is 13815 and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

I email them contact them by Facebookand Twitter and in website I raise tickets also but my payout is not receive to me and they didn't reply me
