Nafa.in — voucher did not receive

Hello sir, actually I am very disappointed with you customer service because I have purchased vouchers in which I didn’t receive my one voucher of BookMyShow my order Id is - 80428 and I have place this order on this 15th .
I have mail many times to customer care but I didn’t get the response so plz help me to resolve this problem . Today only I have again send the mail to customer care but then also their no response
