Hello Team, I have purchased a RO from Aquasse services on[protected]. After installation the product got fungus in its plastic tank and there was black dust particle as well. I have complained it. The customer care agent demanded the money for visiting charge which I paid in advance because he insisted for it otherwise he will not logged my complain. I paid the amount 199 on 28th Jun. There has been no contact with the agency and they are not responding to my call or what up messages. (Customer care mobile -[protected]/ [protected]. complain ID : [protected]. I felt cheated by the agency since they installed substandard/poor quality product and then charge the money for repairing everytime.
