Date of the incident : June 29th, 2019
Description: We have paid Rs.200 at the Bannerghatta toll at 1:45 PM to go to Mysore road. The toll amount was Rs.65 and received a receipt and the change of Rs.135 which included a torn Rs.100 Note. Trusting the Nice company and heavy traffic behind, we took the change and moved on. On Verification, we noticed that the note was torn, with tape plastered on one side. On the way back, we approached the Mysore road toll to replace the note and tried explaining the situation. We were refused and tried once more at the Bannerghatta toll. The result was the same. We explained the situation to the supervisor and he refused to replace it. We advised us to come during the First shift as the personal who gave us the torn note was from the first shift.
They should have replaced the note as Nice company is a single entity and such incidents make us loose trust on the company. Please ensure customer satisfaction and train your operators better customer handling skills.
