I purchase Samsung A/c from Nandilate Pala Branch and their service and response to customer is very bad and insulting to people. .
They fixed the damaged A/c on the 20th the same day I informed floor manager that the A/c was not working and he said he will arrange for the technicians. Unfortunately today[protected] only a technician came for a visit after 7 days of installation and given a report that it's not working.
From the day 1 of installation A/c is not working as I understood from shop manager that the staff from Nandilath make service requests under a different company (Voltas) instead of Samsung.
I called shop manager and the Nandilath pala branch many times for 7 days but the behaviour and response from the team was very bad. Many times they refuses to attend the call and some other persons attend and ask about the history from the start. I explain to many staff in the pala branch because there are always different people attending calls.
Today service team visit and provide feedback that a/c not working.
Since they fixed damaged A/c and I didn't use it . I request them to return the item and refund the Money. Now they are saying they can't refund the money.
I need to get back money
