I am Tushar Amonkar form GOA (vasco). I had purchased 2 packet of nandini milk in the 3rd June 2015 at 7 pm in the evening. As the milk got spoiled at night at the time of boiling we complained it to the retailer (Mr. Yadav from Dabolim ) on 5th June Showing the empty packet.
He first refuse to listen & upon forcing gave a call to Marketing person Mr Kumbhar from Belgaum (Karnataka).
Mr. Kumbhar also denied to listen & started doubting our boiling method & condition of the vessel. he also asked to submit spoiled milk which was not possible.
When a customer is coming with a complain neither the retailer nor the company person is responding. Retailer is saying its not his responsibility & Mr. Kumbhar is asking retailer to say to me that he can not do anything ask customer to go back.
I would like to give complain on both the Retailer Mr. Yadav from Dabolim Vasco Goa & Mr. Kunbhar (nandini marketing person +91 [protected]) from Belgaum Karnataka.
