Nani's Sai Krishna Travels — charging more on ticket price and very bad service to passengers

I have paid 1400 my bus ticket from Vijayawada to Chennai which is more 20% more than normal ticket. Before 200km to Chennai they stopped the bus and changed to another bus and I came to know that they do it regularly. With the delay of 2hrs we reached Chennai and that too the destination point is also not the same as we selected in the online. No one takes responsibility to answer this because there is no platform to raise the question. Hope this atleast does some justice. Bus is also not in the good condition charging for air conditioning but very poor cooling inside the bus. Bus number ap16tj 3333
