Respected sir,
As, i am meet since last 3 and half year regarding the reenter our name in property card, in last 3& 1/2 year assistant surveyor change, as i am retired deputy engineer from geb ukai thermal power station, i had not given the corruption to the surveyer about 7000/ ruppees, to the surveyer i had refuse to give any corruption to him,
I had also appeal to the prant officer and order is taken from bhagora sir, now what is the trouble-to enter our name in property card,
Please do needful from your end immediately,

I had given application to the bodhan mandvi, bardoli office.
It is clearly written in dastavej that only part of land sell and other part my mother name house is situated. We are paying tax and electicity bill regularly. So, please do needfull.

As per 2/17/ cts /appeal at mandvi prant office order, dated 07/06/2017, by shri k. J. Bhagora shaeb,
We kindly request you to re enter ours name shantilal balubhai panchal, manharbhai balubhai panchal, ramilaben amartlal panchal, & ilaben himatlal panchal.
Our mother died on date 07/09/2014, after we have try to remove our mother name in property card.
My mother had sell the part of land to dhansukhbhai nathubhai panchal. As per dastavej dated 14/02/2002,
And mother name house at bodhan situted in this survey no. And we are paying all house tax and other taxes uptil now,
So, we are again request you to re enter our name.
So, please, do needfull action of your end,
