Dear Sir,
I (Naresh Kumar) and Mr. Pramod Kumar purchased your Tata Sky Dish respectively 2 and 3 HD connection and terms and promise by your one of Manager/ Representative Mr. Naveen Chadda (ID NO. DLT[protected] that we will get a hotel stay in GOA as we have already done our travel tickets before purchasing the TATA SKY and were searching for hotel to stay in GOA, in between this person Mr. Chaddha came with his proposal that we will get hotel voucher for GOA if we go with purchase of TATA SKY Connections (2:3) for both o[censored]s (Mr. Naresh and Mr. Pramod).
Even if there is option in voucher, he will get us hotel booking in GOA, and we done the registration accordingly with GOA as our 1 option.
But on Saturday we got Jaipur as our hotel which is totally not acceptable as we are going to GOA and what we will do even if you give us 5 star hotel in JAIPUR.
This person Mr. Chaddha is totally a lyer and fraud person who misguided us and sold TATA SKY connection to us on wrong commitments.
We are planning to give his complaint in police station as well as going to news paper with fraud messages by TATA SKY of misguiding to public in market in this way of wrong commitments.
Kindly look to the matter as we already given him 24 hours ultimatum to go with legal formalities.
