1. Huge illegal constructions in Booth No. – 12, GTB Nagar, Near Naina Floors Society, Kharar (Pb.) – 140301. This building is on the name of Mr. NASIB ALI.
2. Illegal build of 3rd floor above the shop with single brick (Please check).
3. Huge threat to the other buildings / Shops – if the same weak structure falls on the other buildings / shops in case of EARTH QUAKES. That will cause damages to others properties and may be with the lives of innocent people.
4. Illegal coverage of the third floor with temporary metal shutter which can flow away in case of huge storms and can fall on people and create serious issues (Please check).
5. Illegal construction of Bathroom and Tanki stands with 500 / 250 LTR.s tanki’s fitted with permanent connections (Please check).
6. Illegal extra PVC pipe installed for sewerage and other water outlet purpose on ground floor by making a hole, breaking & damaging the actual building structure (Pease check).
7. It is also doubtful that he is paying the PROPERTY TAX for the three floors and this property was on rent from the last 7 years (Please check).
8. Illegal stairs on ground floor built inside and outside the shop (Please check).
9. Extremely serious matter and this illegal building can cause serious damages to the other shops/people in future and can cost lives – if the weak structure falls down. Clear future threat.
10. This complete building construction of Booth No. – 12, GTB Nagar, Near Naina Floors Society, Kharar (Pb.) – 140301; must be checked with the building map thoroughly.
11. If there is any illegal construction in Booth No. – 12, GTB Nagar, Near Naina Floors Society, Kharar (Pb.) – 140301 and can become a cause for serious issues in future with the other adjoining building owners, that illegal construction part must be demolished in time.
12. If Mr. Nasib Ali sell’s this illegal constructed building structure as it is (By hiding these serious issues) to the new owner, then the relationship with that new owner with us will also destroy because he is purchasing this complete structure in dark.

This above mentioned matter (Subject points) are extremely serious and must be checked immediately. These people does not fear law and neither follows any rules and regulations.
It is my responsibility to inform the Hon. Government authorities in time before anything wrong happens or any life threatening serious situations arises.
I hope that your goodself will understand my situation and do the needful immediately as per the rules and regulations of the Hon. MC Office Khanpur (Kharar) – 140301.
This building structure of Booth No. – 12, GTB Nagar, Near Naina Floors Society, Kharar (Pb.) – 140301 must be restored to its actual shape as per the building map. Please check all the three floors and any violation of building structure constructed with respect to the building map must be demolished.
If the constructed building structure of Booth No. – 12, GTB Nagar, Near Naina Floors Society, Kharar (Pb.) – 140301 is as per the building map then please consider this complaint as null and void.
