Nasu — Fund transfer from fake or real lottery

Sir my name is nasuimlong fro nagaland i would like to asked you that why the rbi charges transaction fee from poor local indian people demanding the amount that which we can effort. We believe that the loterry are real and we go for lending money from others but at the end what we got is big amount of interest/percent + the amount that i have loan.
