So far, so good. National Board Of Examination is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. i paid once it not accepted and i paid again fee and it is accepted but i later found both time fee deducted and one fee should be refund but they not responding..
