National Board Of Examination — online fee paid in excess not refunded

I have transferred an amount of rs.3750/- twice on 27.11.2017 from federal bank account for registration under neet-mds 2018 but the same was not accounted by you and i had to pay again for a valid registration. The problem is that only rs.3750/- is returned to the account. The other rs.3750/- paid on 27.11.2017 is not yet credited. I have complained to federal bank they told to contact you for refunding the same.
Please make necessary arrangements for refunding the amount paid by me at the earliest
