[Resolved]  National Electronic — The owners and behaviour while I was purchasing battery for home

I visited this electronic shop to buy a new battery for home and when I visited and asked him to tell me all the details about how to buy battery through finance so then he replied that I told your sister you can ask from them and also he was not so busy coz I was the only customer during that time so I told him you are not free so why don’t you tell me after I asked him a lot of time then he said but while he was sharing the details he was harsh at his voice so I felt bad and then I said you don’t have manners to deal with customers I am not that customer who will not report the issue which an individual faces so I replied I will report this issu to 3 to 4 places through online platform of your rude behaviour so he replied do whatever you can do no one can do anything to me so my point is this kind of behaviour should owner or shopkeeper or any authorised person should do with customer this is not good so I request at least do something so that this kind of behaviour should be stopped and one more point IDFC first bank can how be attached to this kind of people who’s behaviour is not tolerated
