I recently purchased a vehicle with fastag, charges rs. 200 refundable depositrs.200 cost rs.200 toll charges. With much difficulty i have recharged rs.200 and rs.400 further. Unfortunately, i have tried another rs. 400 recharge for further use, which bounced. This is cheating as this is not an easy task to recharge. The toll plazas are not helpful in the matter. The banks makes the process a himalayan task to keep the customers away. This is another looting of the centre government.

Sir I was crossing the toll plaza at Thandi Khui on[protected] at 9.34 pm and since the road for toll free crossing was closed due to heavy rains and was asked to cross the road at toll paying lanes and I showed the pass at the counter and was asked to go but after half an hour I received the message that Rs 65 have been deducted from my fastag account bearing name Virinder kumar Rattanpal vehicle no JK02X 8368 of punjab national bank account despite having a pass issued by the District Magistrate Samba with no 0170 kindly help me in getting back refund as there is breach of trust
