I was agent of National insurance company but i have resigned from the organization but still my pan no. Is showing at IRDAI portal while I have been resigned from the organization.
Request you to let me help to remove pan no. From irdai portal....

I am insured wide IBA health insurance by your company. My I CARD no M58264561CANBER employee of CANARA Bank. I had submitted reimbursement Mediclaim on[protected] To Raksha TPA AHMEDABAD OFFICE. but so far the claim is not processed for payment and give the reason that policy is expiring on 30-10-23. The service of this TPA is very lethargic and irresponsive. Please advise them to process the claim as early as possible....
