National Payment Services Platform — Regarding not refund of money till now

I had made a payment with reference no[protected] with my paytm bank debit card 0n 10 feb 2021 to jceceb for second round counselling of rs 400 and money was deducted but payment status was successful not received so I paid again and the payment was successful ...but I didn't get refund of my first payment so please refund my money in my Account
