National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Aadhaar updated from Bank but not from NPCI thus Subsidy is pending for last 4 Years.

My Aadhaar No. has been updated from my Bank but even though it is not showing updated from NPCI thus my LPG Subsidy is pending for the last 4 Years. Please Help. I have already complained to my Bank as well as the NPCI Helpline and My LPG Distributor but nothing seems to work and i really dont know how to get this resolved.
