National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — amount credited by imps to another account by mistake

Esteemed sir,
Myself vekash kumar and presently i am holding account with sbi branch crpf opp gc bantalab jammu (J&k)
Pin 181123 branch code 10347.
My account no is [protected].
I am writing this email to you regarding an imps online money
Transfer through internet banking on 02 mar 2020. I had to transfer
₹ 10000 to my friend mrs. Deena lepcha on urgent basis with account no [protected] which is existing with
The nainital bank limited branch:pauri

City:pauri
Branch code:pau098
Address:uppar bazar, pauri-246001.

But sir in hurry due to mine mistake i have sent money to account no [protected] which is also existing with the same branch mentioned above.
Regarding this i had filed a written complaint with mine sbi bank branch and even filed a complaint with sbi customer care. Sbi customer care advised me to lodge complaint with beneficary branch. The written complaint was then forwarded to the nainital bank pauri from mine branch. The nainital bank pauri also advised me to register complaint through npci and amount will be refunded back to mine account.
In view of the above i need your kind favour to sort out my issue as soon as possible.
