National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Balance deducting

Address: BOB branch, karwar, district Bundi, Rajasthan

Yesterday there was 21204 balance in my bob saving account, a/c no. [protected], today i checked balance through google pay, i found there is -8795 balance in my account. I shocked, how it happened.
I called bank manager but he said, come bank branch but it is 5.20 pm and branch was closed. I tried to file a complaint in national consumer helpline but i couldn't because it was 5.30pm and after 5.30 pm it closed.
I want my balance back.
