National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Bank of baroda Fastag double payment

My fastag read blacklisted on a tollbooth so i had to pay cash but after few minutes i got message that money also debited from my fastag wallet. This is double payment i paid by cash but money also debited from fastag wallet.
