National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Google pay amount transaction has been failed

Address: L 901, Amrapali Zodiac sec 120, Noida

My Google pay amount has failed on 12th July'20 which has debited from my SBI bank account, I already registered my complaint to Google pay customer care and help desk but no proper response from them.
Pls take an appropriate action in favour of me.
