National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — money debit from my account but recharge is not done

Dear sir, i had recharge jio prepaidof my son inr 555 on 16/07/2020 at 1.46 pm through google pay my upi i’d is[protected] amountdebit from my a/c but recharge not done, i had complain 3 times in google pay & 2 tones complaints on cuastomer care no but no result so sir please do need fully.
