National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Remove blacklisting from car

Hi
I purchased second hand eon last year in Aug 2019 and its mentioned that my vehicle blacklisted by NPCI due to fat tag.
My previous owner already cleared dues and fast tag closed on 07 DEC 2020

Kindly remove from blacklisted from car so that I purchase new fasttag at earliest
Its very urgent for me
