Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have visited several times to my branch for linking my account to NPCI( National Payments Corporation of India)server so that I can get DBTL benefit, whereas my wife's account is almost 10years old, but I have visited SBI Chowk Branch, Lucknow many times regarding this small work, I'm continuesly requesting there bank employee for linking to my bank account with NPCI server but they are continually told that he is not aware how to do this, can I know how i can told to your bank employee for how they can do this work which is very painful, and also I'm informing you that I have already submitted hard copy on 24th June of NPCI form which was received from my gas agency then I had wait until 7thth July but my account not linked up to 7th July then after I have again submitted NPCI form to bank approx one week back after several follow-up bank not done my work yet and they are asking me how to do they that work which not possible at my end, as per my knowledge bank has already done training for these kind of work but still your employees is not aware about the further process which is un-digestible .

As I have already informed but still not update yet, this is very pain full for me because as you already aware this is very critical situation for all like financial & health, so I'm requesting you kindly take the necessary action for further processing so that I can able to get government benefit like subsidy and all.
