National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Transaction through gpay successful, but order not placed in myntra, and cash debited

I had ordered product worth 1399 from myntra through gpay on[protected]. Transaction show as successful but order not placed and amount debitted from account. When i enquired on myntra they replied as they didnt recieve money. In bank they are helpless because of choosing gpay as transaction medium.
