National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — transaction was successful but merchant didn't received the money

Sir i had made a transaction to flipkart of ₹2028 on 28 june 2020 through google pay upi with reference no. :[protected].
The amount is deducted from my account but receiver didn't receive it.
When i asked flipkart they told that the amount was declined by bank and it will be reverse in 2-4days but still i didn't receive the amount.
Kindly help me out and reverse the transaction amount that is deducted from my account.
