National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Unauthorized transaction

I an SangmeshI have done transaction through phone pay scan to merchant the money has been deducted from my account but did not deposit to merchant account the transaction with UTR number[protected] on 31st of jan 2021 I have contacted bank and phone pay but did not get any help kindly help me with this Transaction getting my money back
