On Friday 1st April 2022, i tried to make a contribution of Rs 1000 into my NPS account through Razorpay gateway. The amount got deducted from my HDFC bank account, but the Razorpay showed an transaction failed and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of Rs 1000 at the earliest.
